It took us over two years to get up the courage to begin a remodeling project that involved an overhaul of our master bathroom after a very long and arduous project that had been completed several years earlier to remodel our kitchen. Rob was recommended to us by our interior designer. From the first time we met owner Rob Hellyer, we knew our bathroom and project were in great hands and we were right! Though we were prepared for another couple of months of problems, missed deadlines and re-work, this project turned out to be painless, extremely well-organized, and completed up to our high standards all due to Rob and the Premier team.

Rob and his crew do first rate work. They did a living room remodel a few years back for us, and just recently completed a bathroom redo. From initial review and planning through to completion, Premier Remodeling kept us informed and updated through phone, text, email and their scheduling app, and we had daily contact with their project managers. Even though we are extremely detail-oriented and meticulous clients, we do have realistic expectations for a project. We know that they often go over deadline, over budget, and off the rails. And while we certainly went over budget (typical client), we felt then, and still feel now, that Premier Remodeling guided our decisions honestly and with great care and consideration. At some point, we stopped listening to our architect and worked directly with Premier Remodeling to our benefit.
