Premier Remodeling is a full design-build studio devoted to the most considered residential work in Texas. Since two thousand two, we have shaped kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and ground-up new construction for families who expect every line to be drawn with intention — and homes that will still be here for the next generation.
Premier Remodeling exists because we believe a Texas home deserves more thought than it typically receives. The pace of growth in Houston and Dallas has produced an enormous quantity of new construction, yet remarkably little of it is made with the patience and material literacy that once defined residential work of consequence.
Our studio was founded to be a quiet correction. We design and build under one roof — architects, designers, and master craftsmen collaborating from the first conversation through final installation, with a single project manager accountable to you throughout.

A complete reimagining of the principal living level for a young family in the Heights. The intervention removed three load-bearing partitions, recovered the original 1924 ceiling height, and centered the household on a single ten-foot island of Italian Calacatta Vagli with a hand-rubbed white oak base.
